A typical class training session would consist of:

=> Formal, fast paced warm-up with a steady increase in intensity

=> Cardio workout, incorporating circuit training, shuttle exercises and BJJ specific movements

=> Full body muscle stretches from head to toe, to improve flexibility and reduce injury risk

=> Formal technique demonstrations and practice under instructor supervision and feedback

=> Optional but encouraged Brazilian Jiu Jitsu sparring

ALL SESSIONS ARE MEANT TO BE FUN AND ENJOYABLE WITH AN EMPHASIS ON LEARNING BJJ
